Paul is a veteran of the destination management and incentive travel industry, with a career spanning over three decades. He began in the Royal Household at Buckingham Palace before joining Spectra in 1996, where, as Managing Director, he now serves on the Board of Directors.

Paul has delivered high-profile events for Heads of State, Royalty, global corporations, and the London 2012 Olympic Games. A passionate industry leader and a member of the FICP Hospitality Community for 20 years, he has been SITE Global President, SITE Member of the Year, and recipient of the IMEX SITE Master Motivator Award and served on the board of ADMEI. He also serves on ethics committees and contributes to industry academia. Outside of work, Paul is a devoted husband and father of three and an accomplished singer-songwriter who has recorded at the legendary Abbey Road Studios.
