Spectra is an ethical business.

Spectra is a good, ethical company to do business with. Our staff carry out their duties in a workplace that is healthy, safe, inclusive and supportive, while bearing in mind their environmental and social responsibilities.
Giving back in action
Contributing positively to our world is important to Spectra and all staff are actively encouraged to support charitable projects.
We are proud to be associated with the Brain Tumour Research Campaign (BTRC). BTRC was founded by Spectra’s Chairman Wendy Moffatt, after her husband, and Spectra's Managing Director, John Fulcher died in 2001 from a brain tumour. Through events and donations, BTRC raises awareness and funds to support this historically underfunded and under-researched disease.
The entire Spectra team engages with this very personal campaign by providing administrative and logistical support, infrastructure and sponsorship of various events.
Our commitment to the environment
At Spectra, we believe great experiences shouldn’t come at the planet’s expense. Minimising the impact of our business activities upon the environment and the communities within which we work is an important part of our philosophy.
We work with suppliers who share our approach to sustainability – from eco-certified hotels to caterers and restaurants who champion locally sourced, seasonal produce.
Our staff regularly take part in community and conservation projects, like the Great British Beach Clean in Edinburgh, where we joined forces to protect marine life by clearing litter from coastlines.
We also design Corporate Social Responsibility activities for clients who want to give back. One of our favourites is Invisible Cities, a social enterprise training people affected by homelessness to become tour guides.
